Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. Custom Luxury shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.
Returns from countries outside the E.U. are not possible for items on sale.
Custom Luxury reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
Product Exchange: Items can be exchanged for a different size or a different style.
Store Credit: Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.
Refund: Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date when returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Within the next working day you will receive an email confirming your returns request and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
Once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit or refund.
